I love, love, love wrap dresses!!! I'm not sure about the pattern - but I think I would wear it
I actually bought a hat like that last summer - and my DH hates it!!!! It's just sitting in my closet never worn

I would wear the dress, if I had a dressy event (I love red). The hat is cute, but def not with this dress.
