I remember watching an episode of 16 and Pregnant (I know I'm a dork lol) and one of the girls had this. Dr. Drew said it was normal because pregnancy causes you to produce excess saliva. I remember she said it made her vomit more often so sh would carry around a pringles can and spit her excess saliva into that. Kinda gross but if it keeps you from puking I would do it.
Yep, Ive gotten it with all 3 pregnancies, along with a strange metallic taste that never seems to go away. Its extremely annoying! Im constantly spitting or swallowing spit. And yes, it does make me more nauseous, Im sure. ugh, I hate being pregnant.
