I'm going to try to go natural like I did with my last baby but if it's a rough labour and it's long I won't be disappointed if I get the epidural.

I am crossing my fingers I will be able to have another vag delivery, the idea of a c section scares me beyond belief and makes me sick just thinking about it. I will def get the epidural didn't get it in time with my son and it was a horrible experience and got it with my daughter and labor and delivery was amazing I was up and walking around without problems within a couple of hours

You can't have a epidural if you have scoliosis?

We are going to give natural a go. My ultimate goal is to avoid a csection so if that means i need an epidural to get some relief, Ill be alright with it.

It went to fast with my dd so I know I can do natural but with twins and one already in a bad position I will probably have to have a csection which I really don't want...

I'll be getting an epidural and since we're having twins I'll do what I need for them to come out safe and healthy.

I don't plan on getting an epidural since it didn't work last time but I do plan on getting some type of vaginal block my dr discussed that will take the "ring of fire" pain away. I'm not forgoing the epidural to prove my toughness or because I think it's unsafe, I just get too stressed thinking about relying on it and having it not work again so it's just easier on my mind to decide against it from the get-go. Plus, if I get it, it usually means I will get an IV and a catheter, blech. The pain is going to suck though, I'm really not looking forward to it in all honesty.
