a GIRL!!!!
We're so excited but I still cant believe it I really thought it was a Boy. DH said that the past 2 weeks he just knew it was gonna be a girl.
There was no doubt. Right off the tech got a view between her legs. She said its rare for it to be that easy with girls. Everything looked great she measures right on track. I saw the measurements for her head and its measuring 4 days ahead. of course taking after daddy with his big head.
Because I'm only 17 weeks she didnt see the pulmonary arteries. And because Baby Girl was face down and refused to move we didnt see her face. So I have to have a follow up scan done in 4 weeks for eval of those few things. So excited get to see her again, hopefully get pictures of her face that time.
Forgot- at next scan they will be checking the placenta again. It was just barely over the cut off for low-lying placenta of 2cm. Mine is 2.2. She is hoping as baby grows and moves up that my placenta will as well. Hoping for the best on that. But she said not to worry at this point.

No names yet. We'll start now. We were waiting for the sex so we knew what to concentrate on since we are having such a hard time agreeing on anything.

Yay Katie!!! Just wait until you see how your manly husband melts with a little girl. It's amazing how quickly they get their daddies wrapped around their little fingers.
