I always thought that if I ever had a baby I would definitely want a girl. Since I got pregnant, both DH and I have been unwavering in our wish for a boy. During the last couple of weeks, I realized that it really wouldn't matter whether it was a boy or a girl, being healthy was key and I would be estatic either way. Well, today I found out that I am carrying a BABY GIRL and DH and I are happier than I thought possible and absolutely thrilled its a girl. Everything else looked great and baby is progressing right on schedule!

So, my U/S this morning followed by the honor of re-enlisting my husband in the Army for another 6yrs. has absolutely made my day!

Congrats on your healthy baby girl and DH's new 6yrs he's giving to all of us. What a glorious day!! If my son enlists for another 6yrs in the Army, I'd be supportive, but kill him non the less, lol....I miss him!

Congratulations! I always thought I wanted a boy first, and DH really wants a boy, but I have a feeling I'm having a girl, too! Can't wait to find out!
