Anyone else with real issues sleeping? I get tired, I go to bed... in a couple hours I'm up to pee but then I can't get back to sleep. So I end up being up from like midnight until 3, 4, 5... whatever my body decides. Then I'm a zombie all day but sleep just ain't happening! Doesn't help we've had major thunderstorms every night for about a week so thunder and lightning all night keeps me up too!

Anything you guys do to get to sleep?

I'm up ALL night every night lately and sleep all day. If I do fall asleep, it takes about 5 times of dozing on average to actually stay asleep. I've had to start turning my phone off during the day for naps because if I get woken up, I can't fall asleep again for hours. And then of course there's the bladder issue making it worse. I SO feel your pain. I'm really sorry you are struggling with this also. It's depressing.

I work nights and I take two tylenol PM when I get home. It's perfectly safe and keeps me sane.

I have use tylenol PM but it doesn't work for me for some reason...even if I haven't used it for a long time. Probably will work for others though! I am bi-polar so manic side makes sleeping even harder. Ugh! Has your dr./midwife approved tylenol PM? I haven't taken much because I wasn't sure.

My midwife has approved tylenol PM it's the only way my other friend gets to sleep now. She is dependent on it though, which worries me, but to each their own. It's approved!

I usually sleep fast and easier if DH is in bed with me. I made him go upstairs earlier to cuddle with me until I knocked out. But my sleep goes something like, get exhausted, lay down, be wiiiiide awake, get up to pee, lay down again, 5 mins later pee again, continues for about 2 hours, finally get back in bed and lay there curled up next to DH's back until I knock out. The whole process takes me about 3-5 hours depending on what kind of day I've had.
