Since I never posted pictures of the house after we closed I figured it was about time. I still don't have any of the inside but here are the outside pics I have so far.
My koi pond if they don't die in the heat.
This is the back. I am trying to convince DH that it would look better if we painted the porch white insted of the funky green it is now.

Very nice! I love the koi pond and how it's set up on a hillside like that. Really pretty!

We live in the mountains so just about every house looks like a single story from the front. I like it because houses dont block the view. I am not sure how those poor little Koi are making it. It's pretty cool because they will eat their food out of your hand.

Beautiful, Crystal! I agree, a white porch would love fantastic. I'm in the same boat as you - I love my home, the layout, the yard, the neighborhood but the exterior of my home is ug IMO.
