I always get pumpkin cheesecake on my birthday, since it's in October! Oh man... I forgot all about that tradition. I'm so stoked. Fall is my favorite season!

My usual thing to make for Thanksgiving is this pumpkin cake with cream cheese icing... it's delish! But I'm intrigued by this pumpkin cheesecake you speak of. Must find recipe now!

Let me find the recipe and I will send it over to you. It is super easy to make and ohhh sooo good! I actually do it with a chocolate graham crust. (When I first went to make it they were out of the original graham crust so I tried the chocolate and have never turned back!)

Mmmmm, pumpkin coffee cake!
At the bakery I used to work at we made a pumpkin cheesecake for the holiday season. Always a huge seller and so very good. Add a bourbon sour cream topping...OMG!

I'm so glad you all love pumpkin so much. A lot of people I know do not share my love of pumpkin pie and other pumpkin treats. They are insane!

Ohh I know, not a lot of people I know like pumpkin stuff either! I want to try to make a pumpkin roll this year.
Trying to talk DH into getting me a mixer for our anniversary! It will make my holiday baking easier!

I am not a fan of pumpkin flavored things but we also don't really have "fall" weather here in Florida until Oct or later! I love that though!
Now, I just want some cheesecake.....no....I want to go to cheesecake factory and order as many different types of cheesecake as I want!!! mmmm that is my wish as of this very moment (subject to change within the next hour )

YUM.... I love pumpkin.... my fav... I make home made Diabetic Pumpkin Pie thats to die for. Seriously.... my family never buys pies from the store, cause I'll make em.... and they say it taste a lot better than store bought without all the guilt
Now I wanna bake a pie and eat it....

I don't love pumpkin. I like it though. For me it's more the nutmeg and cinnamon that accompanies it.
Now chocolate?? Oh that's different...every day, please! The darker the better, too.
