ohh yes! Especially my ankles. I had some massive cankles going on last night. To much walking and the heat was really yucky yesterday!

I notice that my rings are a bit more snug the past week or so. It may have a bit to do with the humidity lately though.........

Yep... my rings no longer fit... and my feet are getting huge... I think the heat plays a big factor in swelling too

Nothing thank goodness...but we are going to Disney in a few weeks. I expect the intense heat and humidity plus all the walking will cause me to have quite a bit a swelling.

It's on and off for me (depending on what I've been eating and how hot it is). I've been drinking decaf green tea to help keep it down and I think my exercise routine is helping a bit too (though just after a work out I balloon up).

I haven't been at all until today and my rings feel kinda tighter. Not tight but kind of wonky. I dunno whats up today.

Mine is horrible but it is all BP related. Next time I get a chance I will post a picture for yall, it is quite scary looking. I havent worn rings in forever and now my face is swelling (not just weight gain) too.
