I decided that since most of us know our baby's gender now, to split it out and do a girl and boy item this week.
Take it or Leave it:
Girls - tutu
Boys - tie onesie

Definitely take the boys tie onsie.
The tutus seem more appropriate on a toddler so you can see it all frilly. I think it looks fairly uncomfortable when a newborn is in one since they have to lay against the tulle which is pretty scratchy.

Id pass on both. If I have a girl, I would wait till shes a bit bigger. Like BrooklynBump said, it doesnt look comfy for a newborn. For a boy, its cute, but just ok to me. Not something I would seek out but if it was given to me, we'd use it.

I'd totally take both! And if I had a girl, I'd dress her in both!
DS wore a tuxedo t-shirt style onesie at our wedding. Because real baby tuxes look super uncomfortable to me. So do grown up tuxes (our guys wore button down shirts and slacks with ties).

I'd take both! DD had a tutu for her newborn pics, it didn't bother her one bit. I think they're adorable!

Darn it! I'm feeling like such a hypocrite! I have always said that I wouldn't do stuff like that but the idea of my little Regan in that tutu and headband actually has me tearing up! I'm not sure if I'd take it or not but I think it's frigging adorable!
