Keira and I made this last night because she wanted to bake and I didn't, so we compromised with a microwave recipe. I can't even believe how easy it was, and it is SOOOOO darned good!
Ingredients:
3 2/3 cup (1 lb) powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 cup butter or margerine, cut up
1/4 cup milk
2/3 cup cocoa
1tsp vanilla
optional variations-
-skip the vanilla and do a combo of milk and vanilla coffee creamer (this is how I made it and omg, so good!)
-add 1/8 tsp salt for "salty sweet" (I think I would add a dash of salt next time bc it is SO sweet)
-add nuts or peanut butter to your liking!
Combine sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa in medium microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2-3 minutes, or until butter is good and melted. Remove & stir until creamy, add vanilla. Pour into 8x8 or similar pan. Chill & enjoy!
