Do you have a set bedtime that you make your kids be in bed by? I pretty much just watch for Jackson's "I'm sleepy" cues. When he is tired, I make him get in his bed. I wish he had a set in stone bedtime. He is a night owl!

Everyone in our house goes to bed at 6:30 - the twins go into their room (sometimes they play in their room for as long as an hour before going to sleep) and the littlest gets her nighttime bottle soon after. We are all up by 6:30 in the morning and because dh and I work we are out the door by 7:15.

My 2year old goes to bed at 7:30, and my 7 year old goes to bed at 8:30. That ensures they get the amount of sleep they need, and it gives me a good 1 1/2- 2 hours of down time before I go to bed. But on really busy days, they will go to bed between 1/2 and 1 hour earlier.

Yikes! I'm a bad mom. Brandon usually goes to bed with us at about 10pm. I really, really need to start getting him to sleep in his own bed. DH usually can't stand to hear him cry and there is only so much I can take of it too.

My kids have that same age span - but they somehow manage to stay up one hour later
Luckily, because of our daughter's school, we don't have to wake them up too early.

My first two children only need about 9 or 10 hours of sleep, no naps. So they go to bed about 9 pm, and get up between 6 and 7. If I put them to bed at 7pm, they'd be up at 5am!!!!
