We really don't do anything special, and we are Irish. My husband is 100% (but American born and raised), I have quite a lot in me and I guess my daughter is over half. Last year hubby made corned beef and cabbage, but nothing this year.
My family is Irish but I'm not (adopted). Neither DH nor I are drinkers and we really dont' do anything for St. Patrick's day. We both consider ourselves "American" first and foremost and St. Patrick's day doesn't fit for us as part of our American Heritage
