Hi Erika! I'm Lenae. I'm becoming a regular around here, I'd say. But I've only been on the board for a few months. Welcome back!

How is everyone today? I'm jealous - my parents are right now flying to Rarotonga! It's freezing cold here, and going to rain, and they're jet setting, on their way to the lovely tropics!!!!

they deserve it though

I'm sure they will.. lol they deserve it, the amount of stuff they've both been through in the last year with work and the earthquakes... and having me to deal with

I'm taking Gaby and Emmy to Chipmunks today - it's an indoor play area... it's where I was taking Gaby when the earthquakes happened the other week.. and they closed after the quakes lol

Leane glad you made it through.

I spent my day cleaning out a 55 gallon aquarium. I am so glad it is done. Now to get some fish.

Yeah, there was a 7.4 magnitude earthquake about 100 miles off the coast of our island chain. Most everyone on the island felt it, I didn't. No wave was actually made, thank goodness. It was more of a precautionary thing than anything else.

I don't like fish, lol.

I guess after what happened in Japan even the slightest threat of a tsunami is taken very seriously - and it's a good thing too... better to be overcautious than not cautious enough....

what is it with big earthquakes? Since the start of last year there have been SO many Chilie, Haiti, Us, Japan, China, Spain, Alaska.

lol found out the earthquake assessor peeps are coming to do an 'intensive assessment' of my house/property on Monday - yayyyy... but it also means I need to do an intensive tidy up between then and now... that'll teach me for allowing my house to get so messy

I've got a nasty head cold. It's really bringing me down. Especially since today would be a perfect day for getting outside with the kids.

Rachel was looking at the fishtank over the weekend wanting to see the fish. I told her we got to go get new fish for the fishtank. She looked at me and said, " no we don't they will grow back". LOl she is waiting for the fish to grow back. I might have to make some magic happen.

aw sounds like the perfect chance for some overnight magic, Christina

I'm sorry you're sick Lenae :[ I hope you start feeling better soon.

My stupid glasses broke last night, hoping I can get the same frame at the optometrist and just switch the lenses over... because I love these frames
