what is your go to 'easy' dinner - for those nights when you just can't be bothered cooking, or get home late and don't have time to cook something substantial?

Ours is spaghetti (canned) or baked beans on toast... it's still an okay meal health wise, but can be cooked in like 3 minutes

Mine is spaghetti too, although not from a can. The sauce is premade and in a jar though. Browning hamburger for the sauce only takes about 5 minutes, boil some noodles, open a jar of sauce, ta-da! We always have salad fixings in the fridge, so spaghetti and salad. If we're REALLY in a hurry, we have some stir fry in the freezer I can saute quickly and then we're out the door.

Hrrmmm the whole not be bothered by cooking is throw potatoes and a meat into the oven. Walk away come back when timer buzzes.

In a hurry I usually stop and grab something like a frozen bag dinner and have that.

Rice crispy chicken! Crush rice crispy cereal in a plastic bag, stick chicken in to coat it, add garlic powder and pepper, sprinkle with olive oil, then bake! We will also do frozen pizza .
