Anyone here go to the gym, or workout at home?

I can't afford a gym membership, and even if I could I wouldn't have a babysitter so I have to try and get my exercise in at home. I've got a few aerobics dvd's that I enjoy and I walk with the kids in the evenings but that's about it. I really need to get back into shape, my son is 19 mos old now and I still weigh the same as when I delivered him!!

Yep--I would love to go daily (that's why I host Family Sports), but it's hard with a 17 month old! I love exercise and feel better when I do it!

Honestly, I don't know when I would fine time. I work 40 hours a week, plus have an hour and 15 minute commute (round trip) daily, I then do the grocery shopping, I have 5 pets, 3 of which are ill, my cat requires force feeding twice daily and 3 medications twice daily, my dog requires CONSTANT supervision like a puppy, and has 4 medications to take twice daily, my other dog takes 3 medications twice daily, and we also are fostering a dog who is extremely ill and requires eating 4 small meals a day, 3 medications split into 4 times a day, and he will require some training also. My son is also 5 1/2, so I have to get his meals, take care of his needs, make some fun time for him, and pick him up from daycare 3 days a week. Yeah, I get up around 5:00 in the morning and I don't go to bed until around 11pm and I am doing something at all times of the day. IF I am lucky I MIGHT sit down and watch 30-60 minutes of TV while I am doing something else (ie feeding the cat), but 9 times out of 10 it's more listening to the TV rather than WATCHING the TV. Maybe one day I will have time to work out, but it sure won't be anytime soon.
