Did you have a bachelorette party? If so, what did you do? I'm looking for ideas for my best friend's party..

I didn't have one. But my cousin did. We bought her one of those flimsy paper jumpsuits, they are white. We used yarn and tied lifesavers all over the suit. Then we'd ask men at bars to "have a suck", they'd pay a quarter to take a lifesaver from the suit while she was in it. The catch with taking the lifesaver though was that they couldn't use their hands, only their teeth to untie the yarn.

Kinda--it was a bit embarrassing for me. My sis and mom invited a bunch of people out to Applebees (they sit us right in the front) and we ate and they did gifts--very embarrassing gifts to open in a family restaurant (lingerie, sex toys....) and brought me out a cake shaped as male anatomy. There were 10 year olds sitting across from us--I was MORTIFIED!

Oh my! LOL! That would have been so embarassing! Why on earth did they choose Applebees?

My sister planned mine and she did a lovely job. I'm so not into anything loud or racy for a bachelorette party as I'm a more conservative person. My sister knew this and she actually took my interests into account. She planned for a limo to pick up 15 of us (I wanted something with just my closest friends and sisters, mom) and take us to two wineries about an hour away for a wine tasting and tour. She had the limo set up with champagne and lunch. We had such a blast at the first winery that we ended up staying way longer than planned and never made it to the second place. It was a great afternoon and I will always cherish its memory and am forever grateful to my sister for not making me go to a strip club or getting a stipper. That just isn't my style.
