I am talking about the ones that tell you what percentages your child(ren) rank in terms of height, weight and head size. Do you think they are worth following?

Well I've never paid much attention to them at all because we have been lucky and blessed that neither of my kids have had any weight issues.

I think they can be useful, but shouldn't be taken too seriously.

I followed them in the beginning and then just realized that they are merely a guideline and stopped putting a whole lot of stock in them. Marshall is over 100% for height and is 25% for weight and it used to bother me that he was so tall, but really skinny, but I know he is healthy, so I just quit worrying about what the chart said.

i took matthew to a help me grow screening, just to see how he is, and they said he's 90% for weight, and 45% for height, and that we need to cut back, or he's gonna be fat. and they were really harping on it...i was like. WHATEVER. he's just a baby...he'll melt off some of the baby fat when he starts walking..ugh.

They totally thin right out as soon as they start walking and running around!! Don't worry about him!
Mine were both little butterballs too!

Ditto. The walking seems to just melt the chubbiness off a baby.
