What do you think of them? Are they worth the money or just another gimmick? Has anyone used them?

I've used them once but I won't buy them with Tyler. They are easier to put on, and easier for the kids to pull up themselves but to me they are the same as diapers except much more expensive. I won't pay that much for a little convenience.

Also, when we decide to potty train I'll be putting him in real underwear all the time we are at home anyways.

I agree 100%, but our daycare wants them because Marshall is showing an interest in potty training so I had to buy them, but when I am on my winter break, I am going to potty train him in real underwear.
