Ok, I went off bc in march, had a normal af 28 days later and it lasted 3 days. Then 29 days later had af for 10 days ( nope that isn't a typo ). I then started using ovulation strips and haven't ovulated or started af since and it's been 31 days. What do I do? When do I make a dr appt? I was there for my annual in march and she basically said have fun and good luck. I also took a test on Sunday night and got a bfn

I had a similar situation, it is your body readjusting to its natural hormones. I got off by last July, had a normal 28 day cycle, then Af like 12 days later that also lasted longer than normal. Next cycle was 40 days, then 35, then 46. Was getting nervious, but I was pregnant! Unfortunatly it ended in a miscarriage.
Try and have fun and not worry about it
You can always call the dr and ask if you feel there is something wrong.
Good luck!!
