Hi, we're TTC our first. Years ago my dh and his xw tried to conceive with no luck and he was tested and was told he had a very low sperm count so we went straight to a IUI. I did a round of clomid, an HCG shot, and 2 inseminations. I have 5 more days until my 2 week wait is over and I can test. Most of the time I'm fine with that and stay busy but in the evenings when it is quiet I start to obsess a bit.
I was just looking for some words of advice, encouragement on waiting 5 more days!
I am also trying to concieve my first child. I am waiting just like you to test... Its nerve racking, I obsess over it as well. I like to do puzzles or something like that to keep my mind off of it. I avoid the pregnancy test section in the stores as well. I also like to read. I dont know if this helps you or not but these things have helped me. Hopefully all goes well with you when you do test. I wish you the best of luck!
I can't find much to keep my mind off of testing. Unfortunately I over-test, lol. I've banned myself from buying tests though. No more I tell myself, not until I'm a week late! I'm curious to know how did everything go?
On the same bote with you, AF showed up so Hoping this cycle is it. good luck to you! Just remember when your time comes you will get the baby you are meant to have. There's nothing really that's gonna keep your mind off wanting to know if you're pregnant, to be honest. We just have to go with the flow and be patient I guess! I know it's hard but you'll get through it
