Since finding out, have you changed anything? I've always been a pretty healthy eater but I've definitely taken more notice as to what I'm eating now. I also stopped running but only because I've felt kind of too sick to do it, I think I should just walk though and give up running until after. You??

I have started paying attention to what I eat and the amount of water I drink. I also have made a conscious effort to go to sleep sooner than I normally would. That is all for now.

Making sure I get enough nutrient rich foods. I was already taking a prenatal everyday and I don't drink, smoke or drink caffeine (unless I have a migraine), so the only thing I really need to cut out of my diet is junk food. I have an AWFUL sweet tooth!

I'm a tea fanatic and I'm trying not to drink very much. When I was pregnant with Quinn, I started feeling an aversion to tea during the first trimester anyways.

I have been trying to increase my fiber, drink more water and carry my 4 year old less since she weighs about 35lbs.

I also have been trying to start some low key exercise.

Switched to decaf only. Right now the biggest thing is trying to get enough sleep. I'm soooo sleepy and not sleeping very good at night.

Yeah I am tired too but am having trouble sleeping between pee breaks and my old dog. I haven't been doing that much exercise, I did pilates yesterday and it took a lot out of me and it's usually so easy lol.

I've also been trying to get in more veggies...I've been putting spinach in my omelette. I really want to try one of those "green smoothies" but they are still a little freaky lol.
