Have you added your extra calories yet?

I have read on a few websites that isn't necessary until 2nd trimester but others state you should start it now. Just curious what everyone is doing.

What healthy snack items have you added to your menu?

I am eating more snacks, but I am not sure if I am actually eating more calories, because I tend to eat less at meals now because I am not quite as hungry when they roll around with the added snacks.

Items I have found myself eating for snacks:

grape tomatoes
apples
String cheese
A cup of multigrain cherrios
A cup of cottage cheese

I always love green apples with a little peanut butter. Mmmmmm... That's one of my pregnancy go to's.
