Went as well as I could hope for at this point I suppose. My hcg was at 1350, so it a little more than doubled. They did another ultrasound (I wish they wouldn't have) my uterus still isn't showing anything except a thickened lining, and the mass on my ovary is still the same (the size of a marble). The Dr seems hopeful that it is just still too early to tell and I have another appt on Friday and she says we will know for sure then because my levels should be around 2700. I just don't see how something will show Friday when it isn't showing today. How is it posssible for it to grow that much in 2 days?!? So I still don't know anything except that my hcg is good.

The higher HCG levels is a huge success today. You want them to double in 48 hours. I know even a couple of days can mean the difference between seeing something or not. Hang in there as all in all I think the app't was a positive one. You may just not be as far along as you thought you were.

In the beginning, the whole sac and embryo and everything are only a mm or two. A few days can make a big difference!

Doubling in 2 days is great news! It may seem like 2 days can't make a huge difference, but you often can't see anything on u/s until hCG reaches 2000. That SHOULD happen on Friday! I still have everything crossed for you!

If it makes you feel any better, I had a quick ultrasound yesterday at exactly 4 weeks. They couldnt see anything, but thats what they expected. I go back late next week to try again. Thinking of you today, KUP!
