So had cramping, pulling, and tightness since about 12 DPO, now everything seemed to go away. Im worried that i dont feel pregnant. Im 5wks 4 days. Should I be feeling the cramping and pulling still? I have my first u/s tomorrow, but im really nervous that something is wrong. Anyone else experience the same thing?

I'm not quite 5 weeks yet so I'm behind you, but with my daughter the cramping and stretching feelings did stop -- I think by 6 weeks. I was so nervous they'd do the u/s and see absolutely nothing, but there she was!

I am not sure where I am but I feel cramping on a daily basis but it's in very short intervals. So maybe yours will come back. I hope everything is peachy!

At this stage, it's VERY common for symptoms to come and go. It's even common for symptoms to disappear in the 5th week altogether, then come back between 6-8 weeks. I mean this in the nicest possible way: I hope that you're puking up a storm next week!

My cramping disappeared and I actually felt not pregnant for a few days. But now the queasiness is killing me!

Yes, remembering back to my pregnancy with Madison I know I said everyday the week we found out, "but I don't feel pregnant." haha, then the 6th and 7th weeks rolled around and BAM! As of right now, I only feel a heavy lower abdomen when laying on my back. It's strange.
