Hello ladies..saw this january due date forum and wanted to pop in n say im newly pregnant and due in january!
Are any of you experiencing cramping ive heard its normal..but still would like some reassurance..thanks!

! Glad to have you here!!! I haven't had any cramping this pregnancy, which I was thankful for, until this morning and it seriously felt like I was about to start AF. It is gone now, thankfully. It is fairly common to cramp during pregnancy. The only time to really worry is if its extremely bad or you are bleeding with the cramping. Hth!

I experienced a few twinges, pulls and tiny cramps but nothing too bad.

Welcome!! Mild cramping is very normal - I actually just posted a thread about it a couple days ago! I have continuous cramps that feel like I've been doing sit ups with a bit of af cramping mixed in randomly!

I've had almost continuing cramps and it's freaked me out but it's fairly normal. Sometimes I wonder if it's more of a pulling, tightening sensation, but just as other ladies have said its not a cause for concern unless you are severely cramping or bleeding! Welcome!

I've been experiencing some minor twinging and pinching on occasion, but nothing severe. I would rate it a 2 on a scale of 1 to 10. I think you are okay as long as you aren't in severe pain and there is no bleeding.

Ive had cramps (mild) and lots of pulling. Actually the pulling is what made me test.

I've had soreness and cramps and pulling/pinching sensations. You'd surprised the range of "normal" during pregnancy!

Welcome and congratulations! Cramping is totally normal. In fact, it can be a good sign! Your uterus and ligaments are making room for that growing baby! I've had cramps with every pregnancy. They get a little stronger (for me) with each one, which can be a little disconcerting! I walked a lot today and had to lie down and drink water to ease the cramping. Once I did that, my uterus calmed down a little.

Thank you ladies for all your responses! Helps me alot ive been pregnant twice before(both miscarriages) but i never had cramps like this everyday so im hoping it means this ones here to stay!
