That might sound like a weird question, but i hope you guys understand what i mean! Granted i've only known that i'm pg for almost a week, but i feel like my cramping has changed. It's gone from more like weird pulling cramps to full on AF type cramps. I think i've felt more discomfort today that i have all week.

Also, do you think stress can affect cramping? My big fundraiser is tonight and i've been working on it for the past 6 months. I'm not as stressed as i would normally be on this day, but the stress is still there!

I think stress can effect it and also thinking about it makes it come on too...like if i think about it, it seems like i cramp more (if that makes sense).

I have noticed I get "period" like cramps more if I have pee in my bladder (even a little) or if I am going to have to poop. (lol) Sounds weird, but I do not get "poop cramps" anymore, it more feels like period cramps about a hour before I have to go...it is strange....but I am not worried.

I think all of it is normal...just our bodies going through such rapid changes....

I feel like my cramps very every day. Some times it's more on one side, sometimes the other, right now I have a really really low tugging warm feeling...it's bizarre. I try (and fail most of the time) not to read too much into it. I'm also convinced it is partially to do with the slower digestion coupled with the momentous change are bodies are undergoing. Try not to fixate on them! (easier said than done but try!)

Definitely! Make it a point to empty your bladder often! It definitely causes more cramping (all the way through pregnancy)! Walking a lot, not drinking enough, stress, needing to poop, lying/sitting the wrong way, and other things can all cause cramping. My cramps are definitely more AF-y and less pulling and stretching right now! So, empty your bladder, drink plenty, lower stress, and don't overdo it!

I have been running around all day today (other than the moments i've been wasting here on JM! ) and haven't been good about drinking enough water or going to the bathroom when i feel it first come on. I'm sure that's what a lot of it is!

Thanks ladies!!! I love having this place for peace of mind!!!

This! If I hold my pee or poo too long I'll start to get some bad cramping, but when I go to the bathroom it's gone. Otherwise, i just have little tugs, pinches and pulls every now and then. I know...TMI. Although I think there is no such thing with pregnant women...LOL

MORE TMI, but it's actually a relief! I've had a bad month of not going at all, so I celebrate a tiny bit with each flush! HAHAHAHAHA

It can vary in intensity and overall feeling with how much movement and what type of activities you do. I notice with the more housework I do the more just general cramping I have. Nighttime is when I experience most of my pulls and slight twinges. I hope this helps
