I am starting my pre req's and then hopefully getting into nursing school next fall. I start summer classes this Monday. I have 2 classes a week, Monday and Thursday Nights, then in the fall I have 4 classes and I will be going monday-thursday for about 5 hours a day. It just clicked that in December I am going to be 8 months pregnant, studying for 4 finals, getting ready for a new baby, and doing Christmas for Xavier! OMG...life is about to change soo much!

I think being pregnant and going to school would be super hard, so, best of luck to you.

This will date me, but I got my BS in 1999. I never had any desire to go for my master's. My DH just finished his master's in March of this year.

Yep, starting school in June for my bachelor's in Sociology. Taking 2 8 week courses every 8 weeks. Going to be crazy! But it will get my mind off of the pregnancy a little bit.

WOW! Congrats on the new degrees ladies. I am finishing a program in Medical office Administration this summer. I will have two online courses and that will be bad enough. I am SOOOOOOo ready for this to be over so I don't stress over grades with everything else going on. Hope the coursework goes great for you guys!

YAY for going to school mama's, at least I am not the only one in the group, we are going to need all the support we can get. I just hope if I get morning sickness it stays away in the evenings for my classes.

Thankfully I'm going to school online through American Military University, so I can work around any potential sickness.

I am also in school and with my firsts baby, I worked a full time job and went to school full time by seventh months preggo, I couldnt take it anymore. I felt like I was not bonding with my baby, so I quit my job and did not return for the summer or fall semester (my baby was born in the fall). In retrospect, I regret not doing the summer session at least. This time, I am going to do both summer and fall but just take the spring off.but I am also not working still.

I hope everything works out for you

I also start my pre reqs in the fall for Nursing. I will be taking most everything online which will be much easier. Then if I get in i'll start the Nursing program in Fall '13. I'll know in March if I did get in!

That'll be good that you will only have 2 classes! I'll have alot more I'm sure because I didn't do good on the math accuplacer so I have to take 2 math classes and 3 english classes!!!! ugh! But I PLAN on taking anything that would require me to come to classes and not just online this fall that way in the spring I can take strictly online since it'll be right when the baby is born.

Good luck to you! We got this
