I KNOW that spotting can be normal, but not usually with me, and not this early. I had the tiniest bit of pink CM (very tiny!) this morning when I wiped. Nothing since. I'm trying very hard not to get too freaked out.

Is this around the time you would have normally gotten your period? Maybe you're just having some spotting from that.

Also I really don't think it's an issue. From what I've heard on this board there have been some people with heavy spotting that are perfectly fine. Everyone's body is different.

No need to freak! (although easier said than done-right!?)

Did u have sex? That can cause spotting. Probably just irritated yourself down there. It's very sensitive.

I'm trying. With my sons, I never had spotting. With my late loss, I didn't have spotting. Well, with DS2, I had spotting starting at 17 weeks due to SCH, fibroids, abruption, and a bunch of other evil little things.

I'll go about my business today, but guess what I'll be thinking about the whole time? Haha

We didn't have sex. I've been on my feet a lot for the past few days, and I finally had a tiny bowel movement last night, so I'm hoping that I'm just sensitive down there, anyway. I would also be having my period right now, I believe.

Really, our bodies should just figure out how not to bleed while pregnant so we don't get panicked. Stupid blood. Stupid, life-giving blood. Hehehe

If your straining down there, cervix is so sensitive right now, anything could irritate it. Being that it's pink sounds like that's what happened.

Fingers crossed for you babe. Hang in there. Keep us updated.

Maybe you've just been on your feet so much that you are a little irritated. Rest and relax.

I'm hoping that that's all it is. There's nothing else at all. I still have symptoms, too, though I know that that doesn't always mean anything.

Fingers crossed for a sensitive cervix!

I never had bleeding with my first, with my second it was the same as you described at 9w6d. I freaked out but everything was perfectly fine. I have my fingers crossed for you.

I am sure its fine. With the straining as has been said it could have loosened a little not needed somewhere. x

I have to run errands all day today. I wish that I could just stay home and rest (because I didn't get ANY rest this weekend!) and monitor the TP situation.

I'm very crampy, but it's mostly intestinal and bladder cramps. Happy thoughts, happy thoughts, happy thoughts!

Hahahahaha I've been fantasizing about pooping. Sorry. I know that's gross, but I've hit that point. I didn't have to strain, but still, things moving around down there probably don't help it.

That one tiny spot was all the spotting I've had. No hint of it otherwise. The rest of the CM has been clear, white, or light yellow (apparently normal for me in pregnancy).

Taking deep breaths and trying not to let on that anything is wrong to the rest of the family. *breeeeeathe*

Would your doctors office be willing to give you an u/s just to ease your mind?

My fingers are crossed for you!

With a teeny tiny amount of spotting like that I bet all is well, but I'm sure I'd feel panicked too. I hope everything is ok.

I'm a new patient, so, no. I get the impression that they're not the nicest office, either. I just have to wait until Thursday, which isn't long, I know. Of course, it seems like FOREVER to me!

I know that as a general rule, the odds are in my favor. Just going by MY patterns, though, it's not good. I know, such a teeny little spot shouldn't have this effect on me.

Wish me luck today! Party supply stores are HAPPY places!

I agree that you are more than likely just fine. Sometimes a little spotting just happens, so try to take it as easy as you can the next few days. Hoping and praying for you! Keep us posted!

I know its hard not to worry, and I can only imagine with having previous losses how extra hard that must be but keep repeating in your head "It is normal in pregnancy to have some spotting" I will keep you in my thoughts and I hope everything is just fine
