Both scenario's would result in a healthy, full-term baby. Which would you rather?
1) Be pregnant for only 1 month and then have an abnormally long, hard labor?
2) Be pregnant for 12 months and have NO labor (baby magically, painlessly pops out)

No labor. Absolutely. I like being pregnant.

Agreed. Number 2. Pregnancy isn't so bad, and actually it's been kind of cool so far (besides the whole never really feeling that great lol)

I'm going with #1. I hate being pregnant. I don't enjoy gaining weight, the bathroom issues, heartburn, nausea, or the tiredness, so, I will go with #1.

I'll have my normal pregnancy. 37-39 weeks and still quick and easy L&D since I usually never have gone longer than 4 hours! I'd kill someone if I were pregnant for 12 months, and I could NOT imagine the amount of pain I'd be in growing a baby in 1 month! My skin & uterus hurts just thinking about that! not to mention the HUGE amount of nausea we'd probably have!

I need the pregnancy time to prepare! I'm glad I didn't pop out a baby two months ago at my one month mark... no way was I ready! I relish that I have more months to learn and prep for baby #1.

despite all my morning sickness i overall LOVE being prego...but I also love the challenge of delivery and the experience. I would love to be pregnant for 12 months...but I wouldn't just want a pain free birth either (i know im weird)

I don't know... I could go either way. I don't mind being pregnant, but I don't mind L&D either. I find it really a really beautiful and cathartic end all the months spent creating a tiny person. I know, I know. I'm a weirdo.
