Hi mamas Hope it's ok for me to join you here! I'm not sure exactly how far along I am since we weren't trying (came as a HUGE surprise), but I'm just about certain my due date will fall somewhere in January. I haven't been to the doctor yet but will be going soon and then I'll know a due date for sure. I think I'm somewhere around 12 weeks.

Anyway, I'm a 35 year old mama to a 5 year old boy and a 3 year old girl. They are both very excited about the new baby and can't wait to feel him/her kicking in my tummy. I have a doppler here at home so we've listened to the heartbeat a few times and they have just loved that.

I was active on due date boards for both of my children so I am excited to get to know you gals here and join in.

Congrats!! Totally awesome that you have had the reassurance of the doppler since you haven't been to the Dr yet I imagine those kiddos are super excited over a new little playmate! Can't wait to get to know ya better.

Welcome! Our little peanut was a HUGE surprise also! I go from excited to nervous a million times each day thinking about adding a fourth child to our family. All I know is that this baby will be a blessing, no matter what, and s/he will be SO loved! I'm sure you feel similar! Glad youre here! Congrats!

Thanks so much! Yeah, I admit I cried a little the first day I found out, not because I didn't want the baby but it was just such a huge shock. But every baby is a blessing no matter the timing and we can't wait to see who this little one is going to be. And it's really fun to give my kids a younger sibling, because they are old enough to grasp what's going on and be excited about it. I feel really excited about having 3 kids though! I grew up in a family of 4 children and I've always wanted to add more to our family.

Thanks again ladies! iamkc, wow our stories are pretty similar! Your first two are closer than mine - I thought 22 months was pretty tough, lol! Fun, though. My two are the best of friends and inseparable all day long, I love it I think they are going to love having a baby around!
