Ok...so I went to the doctor last Thursday and everything checked out good. She listened to the heartbeat and said she liked what she heard. Let's flash forward a few days...

...I have been having a major flare up with the fibro (couldn't even walk normally without assistance two days AFTER my appointment). Per my doctor's instructions, if the muscle spasms became too much...I should take a flexeril (a muscle relaxer - Schedule B). I didn't want to take a full pill, I opted for half. Now today (07/17/12) I am experiencing cramping. Nothing else going on...no color discharge, nothing.

Anyone else having cramping issues at the 14.5/15 week mark? Am I the only one having this issue? I don't know if this warrants a call to my OB/GYN or not. I hate to bother them if it's something insignificant. You know how it is...I think all of us just worry for the sake of worrying at times, I am just as guilty. I don't know, what do you think??

I've had lots of achiness that felt a lot like crampiness. It has worried me, but I think mostly it's just been stretching and growing pains. I think that sort of thing is normal . . but if it gets overly painful it wouldn't hurt to let your doctor know probably.

It wouldnt hurt to call and just tell them to see what they say. It sounds like you already know you have another issue going on so at least it's not just out of the blue. I've had cramps very now and then and they freak me out so bad because they feel exactly like period cramps. I even have this jerking pain on my side when I get up sometimes. It feels like someone's yanking out an ovary or something! Idk what that is!

I have had tons of cramping so far this pregnancy and lots of spotting. My ob thinks it might be my endometriosis leisons that are causing it. This past week has been pretty bad. If I turn too quickly it hurts big time. I know how scary it is to have any cramping at all. I would def call if your worried just to put your mind at ease.

Sounds like your uterus is growing a bit. I started having some achiness around that time as well. I had some cramping this morning as well and tenderness. I remember the same thing happening with Madison right before the bump popped out there real good

I had a lot of cramping and achiness last week. This week (knock on wood!) has been a bit better.

I'm not that far along yet, but on random days I'll have sort of a cramping, but it really feels more like a stretching inside?

UPDATE

I called the doctor this morning and they were all booked up for appointments, the nurse told me to come in anyway and they'd listen to the heartbeat of the baby. So...the hubby and I went over there and she checked me out, the heartbeat was 154 and strong. Only problem was the baby kept kicking and moving, she had a hard time keeping up with it very long to get a good listen to the heartbeat. So (obviously) everything is going well, but this has certainly been a scare.

She advised me that the baby will get trace amounts of the medication in its system and that will cause it to stop being active, because the medication will do the same thing to the baby as it does to me. It is to be expected when I take a muscle relaxer that the baby may stay a little inactive for a while.

Thank you EVERYONE for your replies!!!! It has been not only helpful, but very supportive.
