So I have completely dropped the name issue with my DH hoping he would see how important the name is and let it grow on him. I think he probably realized how important it was to me when I stopped suggesting other names or anything.
But today he surprised me in front of our close friends when they asked of we decided on a name, looked at me and smiled, and said we had!!!
We are having baby VIVI!!!! I'm so excited to have a name to put to the baby!
Can't wait to meet you baby Vivienne!
Ps we're keeping it on the DL ( aka off fb for now)

Love the name! Might have considered it if we hadn't gone for short, no-nickname picks for our others... Glad he came around! And pretty quickly!

Baby Vivi it is! Glad he came around.
Since there's no boys here to argue me, I'll admit I think it should always be the woman's choice. We have to endure the pregnancy and the labor.

It feels great. I think he just really needed time and needed to feel like he was apart of the decision. He's already thinking of nicknames he wants to use, it's really cute

I'm telling you my husband is as stubborn as they come and he came around. My DH also was not really getting into the name thing while I was pouring over books and sites. He would suggest a name every now and then but not as many as me and he would just no all of mine all the time. I got tired of it especially when I knew I found the name. I found that once I proposed the name I loved and stepped away a bit it really showed him that it was important to me and gave him time to try on the name and see if he liked it and now we have a name!

You two seriously sound like my husband and me. Can you please have a chat with mine and see if you can wear him down? 
I finally told him last week that if he weren't going to take it seriously i was just naming the baby on my own since i'm the only one making suggestions.
