Never should've got on the scale this morning. Here I thought I would be down a few pounds and I was up 4! So not the way to start out your day. Now all day I will be thinking about how much I weighed this morning. Let's just say my breakfast was a bowl of fruit.
If I told you my total weight gain you might think otherwise. As for the fruit no it was a good breakfast, just not my normal. I usually have an english muffin with peanut butter or an everything bagle. I might be the biggest gainer on the board so far. I kind of have an issue with weight gain since with my first I gained 60 and I never want to do that again.
I step on the scale every morning so I don't feel like my weight snuck up on me, but I am having a really hard time accepting my weight gain this time because it's happening even quicker than with my last pregnancy.
I'm sorry you are bumming I feel like a bottomless pit lately, eating everything in sight. I think as long as you are trying to eat healthy choices, you shouldn't beat yourself up too hard. I know, easier said than done. Hugs mama.
I suggest closing your eyes when the nurse weighs you I know it can be upsetting but everyone is different with weight gain and as long as you are eating healthy I think that it just is what it is. Try not to beat yourself up too much!
I agree with everyone on here, if your eating healthy then nothing to worry about. You cant "diet" so as long as your making healthy choices there is really nothing you can do about it, and nothing to worry about. though! Ive had been struggling with my weight my whole life so I understand how frustrating it can be :/
