I still have yet to buy one thing for this baby I have so many clothes from DD all packed away in boxes. I want to go through those first to see what I need. I do intend to get baby a brand new coming home outfit. We were at Old Navy today and I looked thouroughly through the infant clothes but nothing stood out.
LOL- DH just saw what I wrote and was shocked I havent bought any clothes yet for baby. He knows me too well... I'm a shopoholic! I went cray when DD was young though and bought way way way too much, so I really do want to go through it before I start buying all over again.
*came back to fix the typo- cray should've been crazy. But I think I'll leave 'cray'
More than likely its going to be the "Little Brother" layette set from Carters.com . Since its short sleeves I'll put a long sleeve onesie underneath it and then bundle him up in a blanket after he's buckled into his carseat.
I'm fixing to post pictures of one of our hospital outfits we bought yesterday though We may decide to use it as the take home outfit, but I haven't decided for sure.
My DH is adamant our son comes home in a Cubs jersey with his name on the back of it that my father in law is buying him. He'll have a white long sleeve onesie underneath it, and I'll find some comfy matching pants for it too. DH is so involved with this lil guy I don't get a whole lot of decisions lol! I get to pick the rest of the hospital clothes though.
