I decided to not take my preemptive dose of Zofran today. Yeah, it seems I still need it. I got out of the shower and sat down, immediately having to run to the bathroom, where I threw up every little thing in me, and peed all over the floor.

I'm 25 weeks along today! Is this still happening to anyone else???

I am still taking Zofran before bed, if I dont I wake up extremely nauseous around 3/4am and if I try to stay asleep then I tend to wake up at the normal time incredibly nauseous and miserable with some puking occasionally too. I tried to not take it last night and yep, sick this morning. I was sick until 26 weeks with my son so I am hoping it will be similar this time? My friend was sick with her son until the same timeframe as me and this time when she had her daughter she was sick until delivery! It sucks, I feel your pain.

Oh lordy days I am so sorry to hear that. I would definitely continue the Zofran and maybe bring it up to your Dr at your next apt. I'm not sure what can be done, but mn I feel for you. You are one tough cookie (sorry maybe cookie wasn't the right word)

I hope you start feeling better soon!

I did bring it up at my last appointment. The midwife told me that she tells newly pregnant women that the M/S usually stops at month 3, but she knows she's lying when she says that because of women like me, lol.

She said to keep taking the Zofran and to try to not take it every few weeks or so to see if I still need it. No fun

Oh hon, so sorry you are still feeling so crummy. I would keep on taking the Zofran, and try not taking it in a few weeks to test things out. At least it helps some when you do take it! So sorry

I am sorry you still feel like crud. I have some days where nothing settles right and I just feel like I shouldn't eat. I know there really isn't anything to say that is going to make you feel any better, just know we all are thinking of you and hate that you are still in the rut. HUGS!

Oh my gosh, you poor thing!! Bless your heart, I'd definitely keep taking the zofran. Ugh. I hope that it tapers off for you soon.

Sorry dear, I'm right there with you though! I take zofran every morning. Occassionally I test the waters and don't take it to see if I really need it still. The answer is always yes! I get so sick! I worry about the gluclose test because of it. Especially if I have to do the 3 hour. That super sugary drink makes me woozy!!

I'm 24 weeks and I'm still nauseous. I vomit at least twice a week which is better than doing it everyday like I was. I still take Zofran occasionally but stopped because it was making me feel worse. I was getting horrible headaches and constantly constipated. I rather deal with the nausea than take the medication.

I feel your pain and hope that you start slowly feeling better. My family thinks there's something wrong with me because none of them experience morning sickness.

This is the first week that I'm not feeling awful. But there was a day a little bit ago that I couldn't keep anything down and peed on the bathroom floor three times. I knew that it was going to happen so I had the foresight to move the rug at least. Hope you get feeling better soon!
