I had it for a week really bad early at the start of the 2nd trimester after I got off of bedrest and I just blamed it on not easing back into a routine. As of 2 days ago it feels like someone is taking a crow bar to my pubic bone. I wake up with pain when I roll over in the middle of the night, it has me waddling during the day, getting up and down from sitting is horrible and climbing into the bathtub makes me want to cry. I don't remember doing anything unusual that could have caused this. It's pretty annoying.

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have this too and I know what you're talking about.

I discussed it with my OB and she told me that getting one of those pregnancy belts should help. I have yet to get one, but exactly what you described is exactly what I feel and am going through.

I put a heating pad on the region too. A warm bath helps me too. I'm just learning how to deal with it, because I've been experiencing the pain since really early in my pregnancy.

Good luck and I'm so sorry you have this too.

I've never had it before, but in the past couple of days I've noticed a new pain down there in that area. It sort of felt like my pubic bone area was going to separate from the sides . . I don't know how to explain it. I hope this doesn't turn into something excruciating.

I hope yours feels better soon, although I guess it might be one of those things that persists until delivery. Yuck.

I know what you're talking about but not to the same extent. That sounds really horrible! I just feel like I need to waddle and that rolling up to sitting in bed to go pee just SUCKS!

Hopefully a belt will help!

Oh man! The only time I feel pain down there is when im rolling over in bed or trying to get up. I just thought it was stretching of ligaments maybe??? More of a sore feeling but the pressure is on! Haha
