I have no idea what we're doing tonight. We have our hospital tour from 6-8:30, so it kind of kills making dinner.

I'm making homemade buffalo chicken tenders. I'll bread them and bake them to make them healthier. Also going to do some rice, and some asparagus.

I had my standard Rice Krispies for breakfast...for lunch, I headed out to get Panera sandwich and soup, but somehow my car drove itself through the McD's drive through instead!

Whoopsie!

Quarter Pounder w/Cheese for lunch it is. I will probably regret it later, though.

Dinner, not sure. I had originally planned on making a casserole, since DH would be arriving home from his business trip right around dinner time, but now, he had to change his flight to accommodate a last minute meeting that popped up, and he won't be home until about 1030 or so.

So, maybe I shall try for Panera again?

Dinner tonight will be Eggplant Parmesan, bread and a green salad. I had Special K for breakfast, then lunch was chips and dip and DH bought me a Diet Coke! <3 I've been loving salads more than usual lately.

We drove out and met DH for lunch today at Pizza hut.

Since I haven't went grocery shopping and didn't lay out the chicken, about the only thing we have that doesn't contain egg is fish sticks or a sandwhich so I'll prob fix DS fishsticks and rice and eat a sandwhich or something myself. I've not been to hungry around supper time lately.

I had 5 cinnamon munchkins for breakfast from Dunks - I'm on a huge cinnamon kick the past two weeks.

Lunch was a peanut butter sandwhich.

2nd lunch (hahahaha) was a whopper jr form burger king (doh!).

Dinner is going to be baked macaroni when I get off my booty to go throw it together.
