Do you know what percentile your Dr. says your LO is measuring? Last I knew my Quinn is in the 65%, which THRILLS me, as there had been a chance she would have a hard time growing with my marginal cord insertion.
I think it will be interesting to know where everyone else's baby is!
Nope. My doctor didn't say ANYTHING about size today. I'll have a growth u/s on Tuesday afternoon, and I should know a bit more then. I'll be honest, and I know that it's weird. Since my first was so large, I'll be concerned if this one is NOT measuring larger than he did! I know. I know. CRAZY! Hahahahahaha
I know that if you know the estimated weight from the utrasound tech, you can ask your Dr. what percentile that correlates to. I'm not sure if I would have known if I hadn't asked my Dr. how she thought the growth scan went, and she told me the percentile, now I'm curious every time!
At my last u/s with MFM, they said he was in the 76th percentile. It makes me wonder if they're off with my dating, because my other two kids were both much smaller than average. We have no history of large babies and all they are going off of for my due date is his size since I didn't have an early u/s.
At my last u/s where they took all the measurements, my LO was in the 73 percentile. My doctor said not to worry too much unless that number gets over 90%. I keep getting worried that my little girl will be a 10 lb baby!
I don't know. I haven't been told, but I haven't asked, either.
Is this based on estimated weight from the ultrasound, or measured body length? I'm totally ignoring whatever weight they come up with on the ultrasounds, since that's notoriously off. Body length, though, that would be interesting.
I was told Jules was in the 86% tile, which brought tears to my eyes but I know through the measurments the baby could be give or take a pound or two, so i'm praying that's true and that if it's not that this little man will be born early.
