Not all that weird but frustrating....I tried to make things simple by going through a drive through last night for dinner and got rear ended at the window. Seriously who does that happen to?

What is so wonderful about today? When 5 gets here I'm off for 4 days!

Besides my boobs exploding with milk (lmao) I woke up to my dog laying on me and a FLEA on my arm....panic mode set it...last thing I need to deal with is fleas and a new baby! Looked him over...he had fleas! Panicked brought him to the little town petshop and the lady was soo sweet...learned PET ARMOR doesn't work (what we have been using on him) so she gave him a pill to kill all fleas that go on him for 24 hours and put Frontline on him...and I am treating my cats with the pill today too.....can you believe w/in a 1/2 hour of taking the pill I was brushing him and the fleas were dead! So I am hoping this got rid of that problem! GRRRRRRRR @ the dang dog.

What is so wonderful about today? Besides knowing tomorrow is Thanksgiivng and I get to eat all day? Hmmm....my house is going to smell soo good later when I attempt to make an Italian Cream Cheese Cake w/Pecans!

Weidest: I had a roid rupture this morning while using the potty. I freaked out thinking something was wrong with the baby before I realized it was coming from a different place.

Wonderful: I found out the exception has been granted for my boss to donate 18 vacation days to me for my maternity leave.

Oh dear- my days are full of weirdness. I was on my way to the store this am and had a young man beep for me to roll down my window, mind you I'm in a minivan with my hair all up in a mess looking half dead...he had some song with the words , "heyyy, sexy lady...whomp whomp whomp.." blaring so I just assume he was trying to tell me something. I rolled up my window, threw on my sunglasses and just smiled. As for wonderful- madison before leaving for school saw Latham"s us pic and kissed it.

I use Comfortis on my dogs...it's pricey, but within 30 minute of a flea sighting, the fleas literally jump off them and die. When the vet told me this, I didn't believe him. Then I saw it happen in front of my own eyes. On 3 different dogs. For real!

Weird: I guess it's not really that weird, but today at work the goats were all in a funk. They were all acting so STRANGE! I can't explain it, but they were just in a daze! Then, we got a call on the radio that there was a random crawfish hanging out by the lowland paca exhibit. Ya, that's just weird. (Pic of that will be on FB shortly).

Wonderful: That once DH gets home today, he will have FOUR days off! (this NEVER happens!)

writing this down, thank you. he is treated with frontline this month...will be looking for all options for next month. i just gave my 2 cats the pill just in case and treated them for the month with the cat frontline or whatever too....so we should be flea free by the morning. OMG i never panicked like that before, i could not imagine getting a flea problem in the house....yuck! i think i caught it!

I HATE fleas. My dogs never, ever got them before, so when we found an infestation last year, we freaked. We didn't even take them to the vet, I just went there, walked in (they know me REALLY well), and told them the issue. We were back home in a half hour with the Comfortis, and we sat outside literally watching the fleas jump off the dogs and die. I couldn't believe it worked so well.

They aren't on it monthly, just on an as needed basis. Once we notice a flea, it only takes 1 pill.

Good luck!
