Well had ultrasound and Dr appt this morning. BB has grown quite a bit! She is 1 oz shy of 6 lbs...of course we all know that can be off quite a bit. She is still in position and has her head pressing on my cervix (I could have told them that). Dr did group B swab and checked me. Dilated to 1 so not much progress...but since i wasn't dilated at all last week its progress. We go back next Wednesday. That's the day we have said would be the perfect birthday (12/12/12) so maybe I will go in then and just get sent to the hospital.
Here are the pics we got today:

Chubby Cheeks

Not sure how but that ear is so super cute!!

I don't know what's going on with me. I don't feel good but as far as what is really wrong its nothing new really. I feel nauseous, but have through my entire pregnancy. I just don't feel right, I'm more tired and feel like I just need to crawl in bed. DH asked if this was maybe because BB is coming and I said no. I don't have any labor symptoms. Then I talked to my mom and she said I got real sick feeling right before I had my other 2. ( I don't remember that)
And my dog that got super clingy when I got pregnant has turned into a spaz again. He layed on my all night last night. (can dogs sense labor coming like they sense pregnancy?)
DH sat with his hand on my belly and said he could feel it tightening and relaxing like I was having contractions but I didn't feel anything.
I have Dr appt and u/s in the morning so we will see what they say. DH thinks I'm getting close (even though there is no reason to think that really). I have a feeling they are going to say no signs of anything new. Last Monday I had some thinning but I bet it hasn't changed since then.
I would love to hear them say probably in a few days....that way I make it to 37 weeks. But I feel like pure crap!

Um, every woman I know who has given birth has said that right before they went into labor, they felt "off". Nothing they could pinpoint, but just off.

Hmmmm....

DH keeps insisting that I'm going into labor because of that off feeling. Mine, unfortunately, just seems to be the home stretch, Wait, I don't mean unfortunately, since I'm only 35 weeks. You know what I mean!

I hope that your doctor can give you some answers, one way or another! It would be exciting if you could wait until 37 weeks and go immediately!

It could be signs of labor, but you never know. KUP though.

I hear ya. I feel nauseous too but then again the heartburn/acid reflux has come with such a vengeance in the past few days that I feel like I could just throw everything up.

Please let us know when you're done at the doctor. I'm curious to hear what they say.

I've had some nausea too (but I've worried it's b/p related for me) and then some mornings I feel like I'm sick and don't want to get out of bed. I know lots of women have said they felt off right before going into labor and I don't think it's far for you at all. For me, I think it's going to be long and drawn out lol. That's ok though, mine still needs to bake a couple more weeks at least.

Yep, I feel the same. I think you are very close to going into labor. I don't necessarily think there needs to be "labor" symptoms for your body to kick into labor. I have felt extra queasy, achy and just blah for the last day or so. It's just a weird, not yourself feeling.

Wendy that's it exactly. I'm at work and just trying to make sure I have everything done whenever I leave just in case I'm not back for a while.

OK...so I asked my dr about feeling off during my appointment today and he said he has seen a lot of instances where a woman will literally feel sick just days before she goes into labor. He said it makes sense considering the hormones that are released by the baby to trigger labor as well as the numerous changes happening inside the woman preparing. I am going to be checking for an update from ya because I feel it will be sooner than you may think! EEP

I hope you get answers!

I've been having bouts of nausea and issues eating sometimes. I don't think I'm even close to delivering not being as far along, but hey maybe you are

I think your body goes through some hormone changes when it is getting close. I hope baby doesn't keep you waiting for long..
