I love to bake but this year I'm not sure I will be doing much baking. I usually bake this like pumpkin cheesecake, cookies, cupcakes, pies and breads. However, this year I will buy undecorated cookies at the market and set up a cookie decoration station at my aunt's house for Christmas.
i usually bake a lot of different kinds of cookies....this year i feel like a lazy bum because im just too tired...and i know my inlaws are going to be disappointed because they usually count on them. I am going to make some chocolate covered oreos and maybe a no bake cookie....but im just too tired to worry about it, especially school and stuff too. ugh
I usually bake some good things - gingerbread cups filled with eggnog cream.... mmm.... but I don't really think that it going to happen so much this year. I did make some apple pie filling and canned it this year, so I'll probably end up pulling out some pre-made pie crusts and dumping the jar of filling in and sticking it in the oven. I don't think that it will get much easier than that.
We usually do a cookie tray with all different kinds. My kids fav are the peanut butter cookies made in mini muffin tin with a mini peanut butter cup shoved in the middle. Sadly because of the GD just gingerbread men..boo
