I remember hearing about his last time I was PG it's called labor cake.
Not sure why this would start labor, but it's chocolate cake so why not try.

Ingredients:

Box of Devil's Food Cake mix
1 package chocolate instant pudding
1 12-oz package chocolate chips
1 cup sour cream

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.

Prepare cake mix according to directions on box. Stir in chocolate pudding, sour cream, and chocolate chips.

Grease two 9 inch round baking pans. Pour mix in pans.

Bake in oven for about 45 minutes to an hour. To be sure cake is done, insert tooth pick in center of cake. It should come out clean when cake is ready.

I actualy made this with DS and it was really good. However I am not sure how soon I ate it before I went into labor. I really think it's myth, but thought I would put it out there.

Maybe if you eat it ALL, it leaves little room for baby to move around, forcing him/her to vacate the premises.

Maybe you're supposed to bake it when you go into labor to distract you from the pain. I'm going to go buy some chocolate pudding tomorrow so I can make this cake. I hope I don't go into labor but it does sound delicious!

Or maybe it's designed to taste just as good coming up as going down, just in case you throw up during labor.

Seriously, though, this sounds heavenly!!!

Well, I already had my labor, but now I want to make this cake!!!!

Hey, I was supposed to be pregnant another month. So I get this one last month to still have "pregnancy" cravings and indulgences!!
