Ok, this is a question for all you mommies out there that already had children or new mommies that may know this answer....if there even is one.......
This is baby #3 for me but all of my babies are 7 years apart so everytime I get pregnant I feel like a first timer and forget everything.....
Question: For a 3rd pregnancy....once your baby drops does that mean labor is around the corner like within a week or so or does it not matter.....I know 1st timers you could be dropped for a month or so but I wasn't sure if after a few pregnancies this means something......I ask because I have been told by 4 different people on 4 different occasions this week alone that I have dropped......plus my pressure that I get makes sense......what do you all think about this? Trying to plan my labor.........
Wife to Glenn
Sophia (9 months)
I've heard that only FTMs drop before labor and BTDT moms don't drop at all before labor....this is my third though and I'm pretty sure she has dropped because of the immense pressure and how my belly shape has changed. I think everyone is different though. I think either way the baby can drop but it doesn't mean labor will happen soon in either a first or subsequent pregnancy.
