I've found sleeping on the couch works best for me. That way I can kind of elevate myself, my back can be supported by the back of the couch and a slide a pillow under my belly since it's so heavy and painful. Also keep a pillow between my legs. If this doesn't work I sleep straight up.

There have been several nights that I haven't slept at all. We just got an armchair recliner (not a rocker) that I may try out for sleep tonight. I can't take much more!

I've tried couch, recliners EVERY position, nothing works. About to rip my hair out! Both hips constantly hurt, my feet are swollen so bad they hurt and feel like they are on fire. Everything just irritates me lol
May be we could try banging our heads against the wall a couple of times?

I've tried not to drink as much at night so I won't be up every hour peeing. I've got a pillow on each side so one supports my back and one to throw my leg over. I've tried not to read or watch things that are going to make my mind race while I'm laying in bed. We also keep our house cool....under 70 degrees....even 68 at night if we feel too warm under the covers. I learned not to take a bath/ shower RIGHT before bed either because I will be too hot. I've done ok lately...just get up to pee a few times a night. NyQuil helped me sleep when I was sick....(the pills don't have alcohol in them).

I have a body pillow on one side, a small fluffy pillow to jam between my legs, and a neckroll pillow that I usually end up kinda hugging, which helps my boobs to not suffocate me (LOL). Two pillows under my head to keep it a bit more elevated. We let the temp drop at night to about 65, which is great, but I'm still often hot when getting into bed, so I start with just the sheet on. sometimes that's even too much, and I need a damp washcloth to keep my feet from catching fire.

Pepcid around dinner time, and TUMS on my bedside table just in case to keep the reflux at bay. Pee approximately 6 times in the hour right before bed. Some nights that isn't even an exaggeration. I've been known to pee, let the dogs out, pee again, go upstairs, pee again, brush my teeth, pee, take my contacts out, pee, climb in bed to read for a bit, get up to pee, then finally go to sleep. But then I only have to get up 1-2 times throughout the night, so it's worth it, right?

That's a lot of pillows lol
Sounds really comfortable but I live in Australia and its the end of spring/start of summer, very hot 40degrees. So that amount of pillows will make me boil
This will be my first and last time im pregnant in the summer.
