Lol. I took a deep breath earlier...and went running for antacids. Ah, the joys of the home stretch...

I know right!

And water...seriously...the things that would seem most innocent are the very things that are causing it these days. If I just say the 'H' word I get it!

Hahahahahahaha Without pregnancy, it's hard enough. I can't find a good thing to eat that never causes heartburn/reflux or gallbladder pain. And YES! Some days, water is the biggest culprit, but I can eat spicy Thai sauces, oranges, and soda and have NO issues! Hahaha

Oh yeah...water the last week did it for me. And that's all they wanted me to do was drink more water to stop contractions! I was like, seriously, you guys are killing me!

What's crazy is that I don't get is as bad if I add a slice/squeeze of lemon in with the water. But drink it all on it's own and hello heartburn!

Lemon water is EXCELLENT for heartburn! It seems counterintuitive, but they're alkalizing once added to water and in the body. If you have ulcers or citrus allergies, it can cause issues, but otherwise, lemon water is a great drink for heartburn (and other stuff, too)!

WELL! That would be why it's about the only thing that doesn't give me hb!! I hate water but these days I can't get enough lemon water. Sometimes I change it up at bit and I do a slice of lime...yummy!! But then that leaves me craving a cherry-limeade from Sonic! LOL

Yup water does it for me ALL the time. But then lemons and tomatoes do it too pretty darn bad, so I'm worried to try the lemon water lol. Soda I have no problem with though!

Anything consumed past 5pm does it for me. I've just accepted the fact that I won't sleep unless I take a Pepcid every night. And possibly some TUMS.

I have heartburn all day, every day, no matter how much Pepcid and Tums I take, and no matter what I do or do not eat/drink. It blows. Big time.
