of this coughing!!! My throat is constantly tickeling/scratchy like with mucus and I'm coughing my head off! It gets extremely bad about 7:30pm and last ALL.NIGHT.LONG! I am hardly getting any sleep and when I do fall asleep its one of those where you can still feel yourself tossing and turning and cough, kwim? Now today my eyes have started watering and my nose running! I had some cough medicine but it wasn't working. Went today and got extra strength robitussin as well as some cough drops and hope that it helps.

I am having to wear these HUGE pads because I am full blown peeing on myself and last night it was so bad I changed my under 3 times and the pad 4x once I went to bed at midnight! I'm so tired from not sleeping and DS has refused to take his nap an hour earlier than normal today and he can't take it now because we have to leave in 15min for his 2yr check up! I of course don't want him taking one once we get home because he won't go to bed until midnight or later if he does. My child doesn't like sleep lol. I got in a deep sleep about 5:30am and he has been getting up about 7-7:30.

Ok end of rant!

boo. That sounds awful with the cough on top of typical pregnancy issues. Hope you start feeling better!

So sorry!! I had the same thing the week of Thanksgiving. My dr. said I could take the pill version of DayQuil/NyQuil (the liquid has alcohol in it) and that REALLY helped me.

Thank you! Does def make it harder being pregnant. Mainly because I wouldn't be peeing on everything if there wasn't a head pushing on my bladder lol

Oh yuck. That sounds miserable! If your cough is really sticky, maybe something like Mucinex will help loosen it up and provide some relief? Hope you feel better soon hon. x

Yuck, you have been through it these last couple weeks. I can't stand getting over one sickness and getting another completely different. Hope you get some rest in. HUG!

Thanks ladies. I feel so bad for complaining because there are those of you who have/had the flu and I know that feels alot worse. I am so miserable though!

Karin- Its more like a dry cough. A tiny bit of mucus will come up on some coughs but theres really not much in there. I'd much rather have a mucusy cough then I could take mucinex but its just one of those dry, whooping sounding coughs.
