So I the past two days I have had extreme soreness on my upper inner thighs....the only way to describe it is that it feels like the day after an intense workout of doing 100 squats. Could this be just from the baby dropping? Anyone else have this feeling?

It could be the pressure of the baby on your cervix going into your pelvis & thighs. Does it get worse as the day goes on...if so its probably the pressure of the baby. I have pain on my left outter thigh that feels like tingling/burning and that apparently is sciatic pain according to the OB which is odd because I dont have back pain.

It could be just extra weight of baby. Your legs are getting a little extra work out right now. My legs feel the same way.

I was also going to suggest just the extra weight. I get this sometimes at night after I've had a particularly busy day.

Could be lots of things, but if the baby is down and engaged, or close to it, it's probably pressure! Fun stuff, huh?

oh yeah my baby dropped last week and i have had pain on my inner thighs since then. It feels like I have been horseback riding all day without a saddle. The best part is when I get a contraction and it shoots down my inner thighs :/ Terrible pain!
