How did you get moving today? Any favorite exercise that you do with your baby?
I went out cross country skiing (it's our form of walking in the winter!) with the babes in the ergo. It was great to get a little exercise and be out in the sun. I'm really trying to make the most out of having only one kid, because I know that she's never going to be this portable and cooperative again!
I started the day doing 3 sets of 10 wall push ups and then 2 sets of arm curls with 10lb weight and then 1 set of this move lowering the 15lb weight behind my head. Followed that by some ab work including flutter kicks, half situps (tried a real one and i just didn't feel ready), and bicycles. Now that I'm "offically" cleared I'm going to a spin class on Saturdays and then hope to squeeze in a brisk run to get things moving again.I need to lose 4 inches off my waist just to meet the waist max by July. I know that seems like no problem (not really) but it's difficult working out in Las Vegas heat. I'm thinking of buying an elliptical.
Exercise with baby? We dance. I hold his arm and put the other around me, it's pretty cute
I went to the gym today. I did some intervals on the treadmill, some elliptical, and then some an workouts on the mat with the excersize ball and crunches. I usually go to the gym 3x a week for about an hour each time.
