First, let me say I am sorry for being away so frequently. Starting right before David was about to be born our lives became incredibly hectic and have showed no sign of letting up. However, we were able to make time to get David Dedicated. The ceremony took place yesterday (St. Patrick's Day)! Here are some of the photos from the event...
Your outfit is so fab. You don't look like you just had a kid
Super cute photos. Love his paci!
We love the paci too, he ended up looking like a little gangster. His uncle got him the paci! We had the suit ready for the Dedication, after the paci was given to him as a gift...we just HAD to get him a hat. He ended up looking like a mobster. hahaha
beautiful pics!! yes, he looks adorable and you girl -- uh mazing!!!!!! baby dedications are so wonderful...i remember doing my kids way back in the day!
Thank you so much for the lovely compliments!!!! I hardly think I look amazing you are too sweet!!!

Thank you!! We had a blast! The hubby & I selected his little suit. My brother found the pacifier online somewhere and ordered it unbeknownst to us. When we stopped by my brother's work to show him David's Dedication Suit, my brother erupted in laughter and said he had the "perfect thing to go with that suit". He wouldn't tell us what it was, he told us we would have to wait to find out. Later that night he showed up with that "mustache-ifier" and when we paired it with the suit we all cracked up laughing. We decided we would use that on his Dedication Day because he'd look like a little man. Then (because he's 1/2 Italian) we decided to find him a Fedora hat to play up the 'mobster' joke we had going on (because of the pinstripe suit). So the day of the Dedication the Pastor held David up in front of the entire congregation and showed him off (mustache binky and all) and there was a mixture of aww's and laughter. So we had to take a photo after with everything put together...just so many years from now David can look back at the photos and say 'Mom & Dad...why would you do that to me?' Then we can just laugh and say 'because you looked adorable!'
